The Veterans Administration came to our team to create an online training program to prepare the adult learner for pharmacy technician accreditation. The purpose of the program was to ensure the student came to the classroom prepared with the same level of knowledge in Anatomy, Physiology and Math through 90 hours of engaging online education.
Our team tackled the challenge by coming together to analyze the best tools and develop a team of Instructional Designers, Developers and Designers. Together we created a working prototype, refined and delivered an engaging online training platform full of 90 hours of training.
My role as Lead Media Designer included; simplify complex systems and information into responsive user interface designs, learning interactions, gaming, and content delivery. Leading a team of designers to create assets with a similar look and feel and within schedule; and assuring quality control.
Working alongside developers to create templates and guidelines to support rapid production. Separating content from presentation, as well as implementation of a scalable file structure for a complex 30-month project
