Developed dynamic workforce training and performance support tools for Amazon Fresh onboarding employees. Worked cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure learning materials met training and business goals.

MY ROLE I worked directly with LOB's and project managers to deliver engaging onboarding micro learning videos. I initially created the branded visuals, developed a script, and short prototype. With executive buy-in I finalized storyboards, built out animations, recorded audio, and delivered three explainer videos. These short learning opportunities informed new hires of Amazon's Values, Customer Obsession, Best Practices and Safety. I also created visual road maps and supporting onboarding materials.
RESULTS

The videos were used to tell the story of the new in store adventure while supporting Amazon's customer centric mission. Within a short timeline Angela was able to deliver engaging micro-learning onboarding materials. Executives and employees where excited about the engaging delivery style. The materials also served a dual purposed for in-store or virtual onboarding.
